Selects the IP (Internet Protocol)
Address Assignment method assigned to the MC (Mobile Computer) end of
the Bluetooth link. 
This feature applies in all cases except Conventional
Systems having a selected Data
Profile; when a Conventional System has a Data Profile selected in
the Data Profile Selection field,
the Conventional System then uses the Peer IP Address Assignment Type
defined in the Data Profile's Bluetooth
Peer IP Address Assignment Type field.
When Bluetooth Enable is "Enabled", and
when the radio is model / option capable.
